What we do after the call is really what matters most. Our response time is always within an hour of your initial call, and most times within minutes if you call our office number directly.
We will be onsite within four hours, ready and prepared to mitigate the damage, every day of the week, 24 hours per day.
If your loss is being managed by your insurer, per requirements from most insurance providers, we will provide a verbal briefing, or a description of the loss, the mitigation performed, and what it is going to take to get your home or business back to where it was.
Time management of this process is crucial in preventing further damage, limiting the cost of restoration or reconstruction, but also working to keep you in your home or to keep your business operating.
